Project Description:

This unique, sixty-story Ralph Johnson residential tower will reside in South Streeterville on Peshito Court between Illinois and Grand.

The shape of the tower is derived from a plan study of the best views which the site has to offer to both the lake and the city.

A compostion of stacked balconies, decks and patios form slots reveals around the facade to furthur scale down the volume of the building.

Related Midwest planned the units and finishes with the highest level of finishes and comfort for high-end luxury living.  Also included are top shelf amenities such as a pool + spa deck, work out  and club rooms for the residents and guests.

Duplex Townhomes form the reveal at the Fortieth Floor and the Upper Floors are available to be planned as penthouse owners prefer.
